【写法指要】

投诉信（letters of complaint）通常是写给厂家、商店、消费者协会、报界或厂家、商店的上级主管部门，揭发产品质量的低劣、服务态度的糟糕，抱怨不应出现的情况或问题等，以求得解决的信件。写投诉信要实事求是地把问题讲清楚，态度要冷静，做到有礼貌，不能恶言伤人。

这封信的作者用的是对比法，先写学校的地理位置和原先学校的优美环境，后写化工厂建起后对学校造成的污染，最后提请报界呼吁保护环境的问题。写得有理有据，令人信服。

结构要点：

投诉信是对产品或服务表示不满的信件，一般分三个部分：1. 提出投诉内容；2. 说明具体情况；3. 提出解决办法。



语言注意点：

投诉信应重点表明投诉的原因，叙事应客观、准确、简洁。最后提出的解决方法应切实可行。在表达自己的不满时，语言要把握分寸，不失风度。



一般说来，一封投诉信应包括三个最基本的方面：

1.投诉内容。一般放在信的开头。常用的表达法有：

I am going to complain about ...

I am sorry to have to return with this letter... which I received/bought...

　2.投诉原因。一般讲述对商品质量或售后服务不满意的地方。常用的表达法有：
